We suppose Fall is in 'full bloom'.

Once again, while we sat eating breakfast somewhere at the top, we met a local couple who were most enlightening. We think one of the beauties of meeting people outside one's usual environment is the various perspectives exposed. We truly believe this in and of itself results in growth experiences, often amusement and of course, educational.
Talking of a fascinating encounter, a few weeks back in Flagstaff, we met a woman at the O'Leary trailhead who reminded us of a friend of ours, Susy Lerner. Their expressions are almost identical. To give you an indication of her personality, Claudia posts comments on the blog using the name Suzy O'Leary.
Along the trail, we crossed paths frequently and got to know each other a little more. At the peak, we ended up talking, if you can believe this, for 2 hours. We still cannot believe that. Claudia left the top before us and when we met again at the trailhead, we resumed conversation. Suffice to say, she made quite an impression upon us. She related stories, inter alia, of her teaching days in a men's correctional facility. (Nice term for jail.) What a treat and a pleasure meeting Claudia (Suzy).
Cheers,
Jenni and Jeffrey
