61.03 Arizona: A Quick Introduction to Lake Havasu, an (Un)hidden Gem, Sara Park.

The photographs included are a mere sprinkling from 4-5 hikes in the Lake Havasu region. Frankly, Sara Park is a hiker's dream, a nature lover's, too.

An aspect of Lake Havasu, fed by my all-time favorite aspect of the USA, the Colorado River.
Reaching Pilot Rock, a 7-mile roundtrip of delight (nearly).
Jen returns from lunch, no tea but plenty of water.
I thought you did not like show-offs...proud of you, Girl.
A far more 'modest' showoff. Did get a little 'nippy' in places.
Out in the extremes of Sara Park.
In the Crack, the local terminology.
Gone for a Wash.
Hitting a great but rough, scree-covered mountain.
Down is the more dangerous route but less strenuous...often called a place to find G-d.
Jenni approaching 1 of 4 peaks climbed on the day, ending with Lizard.
Hard to believe the city is so large.
Cheers,

Jenni and Jeffrey
