50.47/48 Salt Lake City, Utah: Van Cott Mountain and Crestwood Gulch, a mix of two autumn days.

The colors of the season proved to be both stimulating and soothing, if that's not a paradox. Somehow, we don't think we'll enjoy better foliage than experienced over the fall season this year. Then again, often wrong.

Misty beginning, always glorious unless you're there for a tan.
At the gulch.
Unique view of the city, we thought.
Loved this one. Made a strong impression. We approached from the western side. Noticed the parking lot at the eastern trailhead.
Jen said we were only 'a stone throw away' from the development below. Unfortunately, I tried to prove she was wrong and got 'fined' for my effort. Fortunately, it turned out fine.
At lower altitudes, no snow. (Is the guy brilliant or what?)
Cheers,

Jenni and Jeffrey
