Choosing highlights is like many things, subjective. The photographs included are a handful from about 7 or 8 hikes. It takes an awful amount of effort to find better places than the Western United States to hike and bask in the glory of nature. Nevertheless, the world is filled with amazing sights. In conclusion, usually the best place to be is exactly where one is on the day. The advantage of that mindset is on the morrow, one may well be in the best spot of all time. Hey, it's a concept.
SARA Park, Lake Havasu: Can you wait for me? It's so difficult to keep up (down) with her.
A scene from Cathedral Rock, Sedona, of a church embedded in the red rocks.
A great platform to...what? Grand Canyon near south Kaibab trail
'Going round the bear': Bear Mountain, Sedona.
Cataract Lake, Williams. "Still waters run deep." A favorite of this trip as the ice interferes with the reflections.
A few more steps (rocks) before reaching the high of Cathedral Rock extension.
Lake Havasu: Attempting to fly; who knows? I just press the button on the camera.
A view from Bear Mountain.
Close to sunset at Cataract Lake: 'Let's go home, fellas'.
"Okay, Jen."
Lake Havasu: So rugged, so attractive.
Sedona: A 'stowaway' somewhere under 'Steamboat'.
Jen at the Cathedral (Rock), Sedona. Probably an appropriate time 'to pray', in any religion.
Early going on the Kaibab trail, Grand Canyon.

Lake Havasu, opposite Lizard peak. On way down, Jen issues a dare for the lower peak across the way.
Big deal! So you made it. (I thought so.😁)
Cheers,
Jenni and Jeffrey
