Highlights from Hike-About 7: South Africa and New Zealand
It's time for a vacation until Hike-About 8 commences in early March. We look forward to being with our children and seeing friends and family. To that end, we thank those friends who provided us with smiles and laughs—a great tonic for good health and happiness. Of course, we cannot and do not expect anyone to write to us. However, to those who make that special effort, you really add to the whole experience. Thank you, indeed—it is deeply appreciated We'll clean our boots, do a bit more work, which probably includes some babysitting, too and look forward, N'H, to traveling with you soon. For the record, we drove 3,300kms in New Zealand and took more photographs on the trip than that number, if you can believe. We have probably consumed all the words allotted to us so we look forward to a quieter period but hope that you aren't.
