63:20 Deserts and Dunes of beauty (fun and games, too.) : Who would have thought!
The winds of change. The ever-changing dunes and desertscapes are affected by winds on a daily basis. Nature, the ever-present force that often appears dormant, is constantly changing, exerting, forcing and affecting the world and its inhabitants. A constant in our (personal) lives is that we are learning the errors of our earlier judgments, almost daily. It's unlikely that we will repeat certain mistakes of the past when at those times we deduced that because we had pre-conceived notions of things, we were correct. A desert? Dry, harsh and ugly--what a terrible place. How wrong we were. Who can resist the opportunity to enjoy such unique situations as well as capture the playtimes of youth? Although the posting is focused primarily on desert scenes of dunes, we interspersed the photographs with occasional lakes, mostly to keep cool, a little moist, so to speak.
