In the early years, in our naivete, we thought we had seen much. By the stage of the latter years, we have seen much but realize it's relatively minute...almost nothing. What a fantastic dilemma. It's guaranteed that there's always so much more available over the horizon as well as close by. With regard to the cover photograph, I made the caption comment both logically and emotionally. Each time I look at the picture, or even think of it, I feel transported back to that position. As Jen walked through the deep, thick and colorful vegetation, she appeared to meld with the environment. There were 2 distinct subjects, she and the forest. Yet, in a sense, they appeared to be one.
