55.26 Andorra: Ransol: Cap de Tosa d'Entor, over 2,600 feet to reach 'the Spot'.

(jcl) The Result and Reward: A hike in Andorra with Sorda Lake below the peak. 6 weeks earlier, we hiked to Sorda Lake from a different trailhead. It was fitting reaching the mountain above the lake contrasted with visiting at lake level, initially. Scroll down for additional views. After more than an hour of climbing, we take note of the various targets....and debate 'turning back'. It was the shortest discussion ever. 😁 Jen looks up and decides: Better to keep the eyes on the rocky track. Two weeks before, we reached the peak in the centre across the way. The view from either side is fascinating. Cable car and ski-lift from El Tartar on display. Altitude improves the sights. Jen says I should live on a peak...I'd look a lot better.
