Lazarow World-Hike-About

The trail goes in many directions and to different places, all good, and finishes up at the Palm Desert Cross. It includes views of golf courses which appear surreal at high elevation with lush green fairways and similar putting greens, in stark contrast to the harsh desert terrain.       Almost complete as Jenni turns the corner and confronts the town. A little earlier, a few minutes before making the turn. We'd risen approximately 1,700 feet to look into the golf course. Ever so grateful to Jenni for carrying my golf bag the whole way. What a tiger! Heading for higher ground. Ditto. An important destination for many. Camera catches the angle on this shot. 'Bump and grind' has an awfully steep section which the camera fails to capture. We diverted to 'Bump and Grind' for a bit of a sweat. Cheers,  Jenni and Jeffrey

We are fortunate when beauty surrounds us; we’re even more fortunate when we focus on that same beauty from within.   Early days as we begin by walking directly UP. The screen rises. A road like this can lead a person on a straight path. The saguaro lend character to any place in which they grow. At the peak, the terrain offers something different. Jen making progress. On Bug Spring hike, a view of the road that leads to Mount Lemon, the end of the road.   'Nice finish...let's do lunch, Clive M.' Always on alert. A typical Tucson scene.
